In 2025, Lenny Magill, CEO/Founder of GlockStore, collaborated with Dusty Sroufe, industry-renowned designer from Grit Grips, to launch the GS 26X – a purpose-built everyday carry handgun that merges the best features of the Glock 43X, 19, and 26 frames.

Built on the Glock 26 platform, the GS 26X grip extends to match the length of a Glock 19, enabling the use of standard double-stack G19 magazines. The profile mirrors the Glock 43X while preserving full OEM double-stack magazine compatibility. It also incorporates the same accessory rail as the 43X, allowing seamless pairing with subcompact weapon lights.

As GlockStore refined sampling and testing of this highly versatile grip module, Precision Laser Technology (PLT) was engaged to deliver a surface texture worthy of the platform’s performance. GlockStore sought a pattern that provided:

• Immediate possession and secure control upon contact
• Smooth transition when drawing from concealment
• Long-term durability without excessive wear on the shooter’s skin or apparel

The answer was PLT’s SUPER Aggressive Grip Texture. Featuring proprietary micro-stippling, the pattern balances comfort with control, accentuating critical pressure points in the shooter’s grip. It offers an aggressive, performance-driven surface while maintaining the comfort and practicality required for an everyday carry firearm.
