Juan Ramos will take on the South Central territory as Regional Sales Manager for Edge Technologies, covering Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Southern Illinois. Edge Technologies strategically decided on a stronger presence in Texas, where Juan is based, after a manufacturing resurgence in Texas and Oklahoma in recent years.

Juan's career path started in IT before moving to the industrial manufacturing industry, where he sharpened the people skills and problem-solving skills that he incorporates into sales. Before joining Edge Technologies, Juan sold CNC mills and lathes at Southwest Machine Technologies.

"This is a big step for me," Juan said. "Edge Technologies has such a good reputation. I look forward to learning the nuances of bar feeding, visiting shops, and building on the network that I've already established in the region."

In his free time, Juan enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and catching Astros baseball games.
