Plastic Products Company leadership transition effective November 1, 2026

Lindstrom, Minnesota – Plastic Products Company, a leader in plastic and metal injection molding, announced the transition of the position of Chief Executive Officer from Ben Holder to Robert L. Zemke.

Holder will remain the Chairman of the Board for Plastic Products Company, and Zemke will join him as a member of the board.

Zemke started his career at Plastic Products Company as a Project Engineer in 2000. With vast experience after holding the titles of Plant Manager, Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Sales and Engineering, and Executive Vice President, Zemke became the President and Chief Operating Officer in November of 2024.

"Along the way, he has taken advantage of many educational opportunities to further prepare him for this position," said Holder. Zemke's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical engineering and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota.
